H7 Battery Sam's Club - db01

I had a hard time to find the size so just wanted to post it here:

— i’ve updated the post to include the correct sams’ club agm duracell group 94r (h7) battery link.

General consensus from a bit of googling seems to be.

Duracell agm automotive battery, group size 47 h5.

Duracell agm automotive battery, group size 65.

Shopped around and ended up going to sams club and got the duracell agm platinum 2x battery for $144. 52.

When i got there they had the h8 (same agm platinum version) for the same price!

I called customer service.

— i tried to find a duracell h7 at sams club and the store near me did not stock.

Your battery must test bad on our equipment.

— i just replaced the battery in my x5 a few weeks ago.

— unless you are in a really remote location. you should be able to find a 49/h8 or 94r/h7 agm battery at your local auto part stores (autozone/advanced auto/pep boys/o'reilly's/etc). or even your local walmart/sam's club/costco.

As noted, unfortunately it appears the agm version is not able to be added.

I discovered that the bmw/exide replacement battery (not the orig). only lasted 3 years.

How do i claim a battery warranty at sam's club?

— time to replace the battery, my understanding is it comes with a h5 originally and the battery tray fits a size h6 or h7.

It appears to be slightly longer than the exide oem, so the small metal piece holding it in place.

These measurements ensure that the h7 battery fits securely.
